Nope.  Never keep a wild animal in the house or a lawyer on the list! ;-)

It all started when someone asked about a favor done for several
listmembers.  The favor went south (with the VW factory's help), as
sometimes happens with these sorts of things.

One lawyer sez, "Well, even if he was trying to do a nice thing, we should
sue the bastard!"

Other lawyer sez, "FU" (obviously I'm paraphrasing, here)

Things escalated from there.

Best off to let them get it out of their systems and all will cool down
after a bit.
