For showers in/around my vanagon, I replaced the original faucet in my 1987
with a 1993 and up CDN Eurovan westfalia faucet.  It pulls out about 3 feet
and has the pump switch on the faucet head.  You just pull it out the window
or door and turn on the water.  Can be done with one hand.
