Yea, that's it.  It couldn't possible be that some jerks have never been
held responsible for their own actions and made to apologize for being a
jerk when they were children or put in jail for assault when they were
adults.  Let's all boycot the mall, it must be their fault.

Maybe looking for blame beyond where it lies is really the root cause.
Maybe these punks are used to blaming other people/situations/institutions
for their inadequacies.

Boycot the mall.  Yea, that should help.
