After removing the light switch socket from the rear of the gauge panel
I plugged it back in and notice that when switched on the gauge lights
and radio would not operate.  The hvac controls and lighter do work, not
to mention the exterior lights.  I checked fuses and they look good.
Was there a short somewhere? All wires look ok from what I can see, the
switch connectors are not corroded.
Any ideas or advise would be greatly appreciated.
