I have to adjust the spring tension on my 82 westy without a O2 sensor.  I
know I have to increase the tension to lean out the mixture.  The adjustment
screw comes all the way out & I still only get down to 2.5% CO.  Is there a
way to do this without the O2 sensor?  I have a digital VOM but would not
know where to hook it up.  Any input would be appretiated.
