Hi,

If adjusted properly, will flat lifters fill with oil?
If you think they should, and they don't, must the lifter(s) be replaced? Or
just removed and filled?

I adjusted my valves and found two that were springy. I performed the
adjustment as though they were stiff- I did not press the springs in at all
before adjusting.. in other words, I eliminated all play in the rocker (but
didn't compress the spring) before tightening the two turns. If the tapping
doesn't stop within a few days, what should I do?
