I would go with Bosch rebuilds and new heat shields (usually included). $20
eache exchange is about right. Add a diesel fuel additive. Maybe change the
fuel filter if it's age is unknown; check valve adjustment if unknown or over
15K since last adjust. Diesel starters are $$$ so maybe just pull and check
at your FLAPS. My diesels were both CA cars; nothing like cold NM winters to
bring out starting weaknesses.
