Ok, I know its been done, I've read Tom's pages, and still I'm not too
sure I have the ability and/or time to do it.  First, how many $$$ do people
who have done this conversion have into it?  Second, how much working time
to do it?

    Last, I've sent an e-mail to Fast Forward asking about their conversion
kit but not heard anything back as of yet (David???).  Anyone else assembled
a kit to do this, and if so how high will the bill get before it is done?

    All of this is related to my father in-laws 82.
