Neon is the only way to go!  Any good sign shop should be able to completely
encircle the perimeter of you van with a nice array of tubing.  I would
recommend using porcelain standoffs since they are impervious to road salt.
Also, you will need to put together one hell of a converter, but other than
that, it should be a snap.
