Brian,
Go to your local Flaps, and purchase a window moulding tool, mfgd, by KD
tools.
Liberally apply  WD-40 on the rubber.
Insert moulding into the tool, starting in the middle on the bottom,
slide the tool in the groove with the moulding, and---- POOF
!!!------------
