Mike,

Just do what I did.  Gather together whatever pieces you have then go to town
on them with a caliper and record your measurements on a piece of paper with,
God forbid, a pencil (a No.2 Black Warrior is good enough).  Nothing is very
precise about these things, so allow yourself all the slop you can get
wherever you can get away with it.  One more thing: when you are finished
with the job, don't throw away your notes because someone named Mike might
need them some day.
