Having a hard time solving a smog problem. The 2.1L engine in a Syncro is running rich when the O2 sensor is attached. Disconnect the O2 sensor and it runs correctly. The O2 sensor is new. The CAT seems OK. Have swapped ECU and AFM with no success. Need suggestions for fix. Thanks in advance. Warren C.
