Howdy List, My 1985 Crew cab is currently off the road due to a failed clutch slave cylinder. Due to the Canadian-salt enhanced corrosion, I was unable to salvage the hydraulic metal line between the clutch slave cylinder and the rubber line, and the rubber line itself. I used a tubing cutter to separate it all from the line that runs to the front of the van and hooks into the clutch master cylinder. So I go to the dealer an get quoted the outrageous price of $60.00 each for the rubber and metal line. I'd like to bend them up myself, but all the local parts houses have only the 3/16" lines with 10mmx1.0 threaded fittings used on the brake systems. The clutch is a 1/4" line with 12mmx1.0 threads, and I can't find them. Any idea on where to get these lines? Thanks, TomC tcarrington@relitech.com
