don't reply directly: instead write to - in your specific case -
postmaster@yahoo.com and postmaster @START.COM.AU with the complete header
of the e-mail (in Eudora you have to hit the blabla button, in other
programs I don't know) with subject like "complaint about spam". I got
twice responses from postmasters telling me that the offending sender was
kicked out. Does it help? Maybe....
