re, dangerously bright tail lamps...

   Steve, I don't know nothin' bout 50watt halogens, but the various
bulbs on the rear of Vanagons are mounted so low that I doubt they'd
bother anyone, except, perhaps, someone sitting on the ground sniffing my
exhaust pipe.

   I use the 32 candlepower bulbs in every socket.
