Here's the deal, I want to convert my 1987 syncro vanagon in to a westy with poptop.  Do you think it would be easier to install syncro power train to westy or cut the roof off the westy and install along with all the other westy stuff on the syncro?  I plan on buying a westy with no motor or tranny to do the conversion.
