I got one for close to $30 from a local FLAPS.  Bus Depot and no doubt
others sell a stamped plate with a 46-mm hole in one end and a half-inch
drive hole in the other, also suitable for hammering on.

Are you sure you want to take this nut off?  Don't need to for brake work
unless the backplate has to come off for some reason.
