I already use hotmail while traveling, but foreign servers
are often slower & less reliable than ours.  It's unrealistic--
too time consuming & costly-- to have to wait for download
of all the list mail just to garner a few pertinent  replys.

***I have NOT yet made up my mind on open or closed--
just threw out this one scenario for consideration!
