In all cases send your request to <listserv@gerry.vanagon.com>, and put the
word END on a separate line after the rest of your commands which are
placed in the body of the message.  The subject line is ignored and can be
empty.

To leave the list say:
SIGNOFF VANAGON

To temporarily stop your mail:
SET VANAGON NOMAIL (MAIL to start up again)

To receive messages in digest form where you get a few collections instead
of many individual messages:
SET VANAGON DIGEST (NODIGEST to go back to individual messages)

To receive only an index from which you can request individual messages:
SET VANAGON INDEX (NOINDEX to go back to individual messages)

To get a list of these and many other listserv commands:
INFO REFCARD
