For simple but a complete setup I have found that Clarion makes some nice
units that have a dvd/cd player in a reg. din chassis. Then all you would
need is to add a monitor somewhere. I was looking at one of there drop down
monitors. I know it is a little more than doign it yourself, but for a
complete solution this may be a route worth looking into. Plus, one of there
units with the built in dvd has options to add GPS, OBD monitoring softare,
Wireless connection gotta check that email... and so on.. used to be the
auto pc now I think is the joyride something or other..
