Right now my dash is apart to replace a heater blower motor, the head is off
to replace a head gasket, and I have yet to bleed the new clutch master
cylinder I put in yesterday.... so right now the answer is "I don't like it
very much"....

In a few days I'll be back to liking the extra head / walking room to get
back by my kids without getting out of the van, the extra room over the
engine that is lost in traditional front engine vans, the fact that I can
get 27 mpg (diesel) when no currently manufactured van comes close to that,
and the "simplicity - relatively speaking" in repairs....
