Volks, I am in the process of replacing the Alternator in my 86 GL Westfalia. Their is a 3 prong connector pointing upwards, held in place by a fastener attached to the Alternator. Does anyone Know what this connector is for? Is it stock? Is their supposed to be connected to something? TIA Enjoy, Greg 86 GL Westy Granada Hills, CA
