So i was driving back from Seattle this past weekend. A state trooper
pulled me over for doing over 65 in a 65 zone. "But officer, I can't do
65."  "Sir, just watch you speed."  ANd that was it. Hmmm. i was doing
62. I figured he pulled me over for something like a dog leash on my
bumper or bad taillight.  He didn't even ask for my registration or
liscense.

Details: Highway 26, East of Othello WA.  This is a huge speed trap area.
