You might see if there is a "Mail Boxes R Us" place in Blaine and have
your parts shipped there.  Then drive down and bring them across the
border yourself.

Probably save you enough to be worth the inconvenience, and I'll wager
there is just such a place that caters to folks like you somewhere in
Blaine.
