I am working on a solid fix for the continuous problem in vanagon
speedometers of the potmetal gear slipping on the shaft and the odometer
stopping operation.

I am working with a watchmaker to find an easy and permanent solution
... something other than super-glue. A solution all van owners  can
easily apply.

Does anyone have a speedometer they care to contribute to the project?
