I do not dare to ask this question.  If someone would answer it, I would be
devastated.  There would be no more mystery in the van.  It still excites me
to know that there is one thing I can not figure out how to operate.  I can
imagine a mechanically non-gifted elderly female having a hell of a time in
a Vanagon trying to make things work.
Please don't answer this one.  I want to find it myself.
I have been looking for it for years.
