Hi,

I recently acquired a 89 Carat with wheelchair lift.
At first the headlights worked fine - now the right
headlight problem: lo beam will only light when the
High Beam is turned on...any ideas?

Also, my oil light flashed and the buzzer sounded when
it was 1/2 quart low - is this normal?  I topped it
off and everything was fine...
