My Westy has always had 205/70 x 14 tires on it since I have had it.
However the speedo seems optimistic at higher speeds. I estimate 78 mph for
70 mph. My speedo says 805 on the bottom.
It seems like using a slightly taller tire might make it a bit more accurate.
Has anyone used 205/75 x 14 tires?
By my calcs, the 185R14 have a circumference of 207 cm
                          205/70 14 have a circ of 202 cm
                          205/75 14 have a circ of 208 cm
Thanks,
Steve Cotsford
