I've seen at least 5 Jokers in Calgary, Canada (pop. 750,000).  All were
rotten, rusted old diesel westfalia versions from the mid 80s.  Last week I
saw a VW LT 28D Sven Hedin westfalia at a local pull it yourself junk yard.
Not many of those in Canada.  There are a couple of old Mercedes diesel
campers around also.  It seems that 10 - 15 years ago there were a lot more
vehicles personally imported from europe into canada.  I don't see any
europe only vehicles in canada anymore.
