Anyone done a TII swap lately? Anyone in on the current order? Anyone have
recent experience with Peter B.?

I was all set to order one today for my '85 Westy until I found out he wants
100% up front. Somehow, that makes me nervous with a two month wait for the
parts and an ocean to cross. I assumed he'd want half down.

I'm looking for more input before I sign that check.
