PDF is a Universal format.  Check your PDF Reader version. that may be the
problem.
Then send me a copy of the pdf file.

Sounds like the ETKA CD. There are problems for some... and i haven't been
able to open mine on the Mac. Maybe once I get a copy of Virtual PC...

Some listees may be able to find you a copy.
