Thanks for all the tips on getting the bench seat open on my weekender.  I
bounced on it a few times, sat on it, and then pulled the release, and it
opened like a charm.  I found much junk in it including a baseball wedged in
the space at the back of it, and a big household type stereo speaker.  And a
mouse nest, but I dont think that was holding it shut...
