My first guess is to check the breather system for any kinks or blockages.
This is the hose that comes form the valve cover and branches to two hoses
going into the intake manifold. Also make sure the screen in the valve cover
is not gunked up. Test by blowing back through the hose outlet. Any
restriction can cause the crankcase pressure to push oil out past the seals.
