You're getting good advice!  But before you launch missiles ("Birds away,
aye Captain") set them up good.  Going to corporate is like dropping
nukes.  Give the local people every opportunity to make the situation
right, and get it in writing, or tape the conversation if you can do so

never, begin talking about such action immediately when a problem arises or
