Hi List,

  I have saved and read a few posts from recent about the replaceing of the
antenna. I am haveing trouble getting the nut to screw on . The old antenna
had a long rod the new one has a short base with the weird shape. No matter
what way I turn it the bolt will not thread on
There is the base with the rubber bottom the chrome part and the nut.
I am presuming the barb looking and of the base is closest to the
windshield.??????????/
