Joe, you need to make sure you have all the air bleed out of your cooling
system and that you have a properly functioning pressure cap on the
expansion tank.

all,

Well it seems when my van got HOT today it started to idel all over the
place, up and down cutting out. I went back to the coolent tank and found
that it puked more coolent into the tank causing it to almost overflow,
I will drain most of it out before driving again.

Question I have an 85 GL 1.9 could anyone maybe give some help into what
might be causing my bad cut out..
