don't get the greese on the carpet. It stays put!  second, getting the
stuff inside the rubber coller is a PIA. You need 4 hands at least. And,
mark the piece of metal that you unbolt so you know where exactly where it
was. Otherwise getting it back in place and shifting smooth can be another
PIA.
