Theres only one answer to this. Pilates. All you'll need is a towel or a floor mat, and tie your hair back if its windy. You don't need any equipment. Sure there is Pilates equipment but theres an entire routine of floor mat exercises that don't require equipment. So you can do this anywhere, anytime, anyplace. Except inside your vanagon. Honestly this is the one bad thing about the vanagon. If this were a Chevy Van there would be plenty of room. You can buy a book on this at Barnes and Noble. The one I have is by Mari Winsor (I think thats her name). I've seen another one by another girl covering the same routine: hundreds, rolling like a ball et et. I do this whole routine as a warm up to running although it is an exercise in itself. Once you've got it down you can pretty much do the whole thing in 15 minutes. >From: Bill N <freeholder@STARBAND.NET> >Reply-To: Bill N <freeholder@STARBAND.NET> >To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM >Subject: Exercise while camping.? >Date: Tue, 19 Jun 2001 19:33:25 -0700 > >My wife and I like to work out three times a week.
