My co-administrator for WetWesties has received what he believes is an
almost too good to be true offer for his '91 Westy. However, he's not
sure of its real value. And he dearly loves Fafnir. The Westy in
question is a pristine '91 with 88k miles. Maroon in color, alloys,
etc, etc, etc. Anyone care to venture an opinion as to its true worth?

Jim Arnott

His note to me follows:

Jim: Thanks for the info. Would you mind sending a message to the
Vanagon list
asking for anyone's opinion as far as how much Fafner is worth? I
created a
quick page with the basic info and some (not the best) photos:
http://members.tripod.com/~torlasco/Fafner-2.html
I will appreciate any input on on Fafner's estimated value before
Wednesday
afternoon, which is when I am meeting with the interested buyer. They
should
p-mail because I am not currently subscribed to the Vanagon list. If
there is
any related discussion, I would love to know about it (please let me know).
Thanks so much, I am feeling a lot of pressure right now!
