hi, i am putting in the soundproofing mastic pads on my rear deck, and need to get the panel off (the one that hides the rear-windshield wiper fluid). i have a westy, which means i have the snaps for the rear screen running up the panel at the rear (two, i think). i am able to get the rest of the screws out, pop the black plastic holders out of the sheetmetal, but cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the last edge (the one that abuts the rear hatch) popped off without cracking the panel. some of the snaps have screws in them, but none of the rear screen snaps do. are the holders at the back of these snaps? or are they somewhere else on the side of the panel? any hints/tips are greatly appreciated! thanks. bill '87 syncro westfalia http://www.scruznet.com/~kasper/pics/westy
