HI gang,

I tried to search to first, search is down....

-'87 syncro with idle in the 2500 to 3000 range.
-cleaned the idle control solenoid (Idle Speed Stabilizer valve): no change
- If you disconnect the solenoid, it drops to normal.  Reconnect and it
stays normal.

Is this a problem with the Idle Stabilizer Control Unit?
( for those paying close attention, this is not on the van that had the wire
smoke leak)
