It was Pat "Brady"...the ultimate dufus sidekick.

Roy was born here in Southern Ohio. His real name was Leonard Sligh...his
family lived on Duck Run, two hollows away from my grandparents' home. My
Aunt Helen was in school with Roy (Leonard) before the family packed up and
moved lock stock and barrel ( ala The Beverly Hillbillies) to CA. The rest
is history.
