I recently acquired the front felt/rubber window channels to replace the
worn ones in my '81 van front doors.  I pulled one old one out, and it
appeared to have been  lightly glued into the track.  How does one install
new  front channels?  Also, has anyone installed the new replacement ones
that go around the top and rear of the door windows?  Finally, BusDepot has
the black, non-chrome Euro model ones in addition to the US version chrome
ones---any comments on the final product and installation of both types?
