I just received some parts from one of the list vendors for my '90 Westy.
One of the parts ordered was a Bosch fuel filter. They sent a Mahle KL 9.
The list of equivalent makes and numbers on the box lists no VW's. The Mahle
filter is a little longer than the stock one, but the end fittings appear
the same size. WILL THIS FILTER WORK ON THE VANAGON??
An e-mail to the vendor concerning the order brought a reply but no mention
of the fuel filter question.
