Tomorrow I am getting all the bad news re: my Vanagon (82 diesel)from what I have been told ( by a few VWand non-VW engine people ) is a reliable engine shop, so far it's been revealed that I have two low compression cylinders and it is likely that pistons and head might need replacing. So my qusetion is who is the best vendor for engine parts for both price and availability?
