I passed a cream over brown diesel Vanagon (not Westy) on I-80 between
Des Moines and Iowa City on Friday.  California plates, male, mid-20s
driver with propeller beanie driving at the warp speed of 65 mph!

Anyone know who this might be?  His diesel was making very little smoke
and purred right along at what I imagine was his top speed.
