Hey all,
  I just moved out to Ashland, OR with my 86 Vanagon, Stella.  Yesterday we
attempted to pass the E Check, but we failed by 6% over on the CO2 check.
Her pipes are good, but the muffler is at the end of its lifespan.  Anybody
out there have any ideas of what to do to pass E Check in this wonderful
state, or maybe a solution to the problem at hand. Anyone else have this
problem???
Strange enough, she passed in New Jersey, and that is a pretty rough state>>
