Hmmm... Quantum tunneling? ----- Original Message ----- From: Walter E Stephens To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM Sent: Tuesday, August 14, 2001 6:58 PM Subject: Leaky Head Nut? I have just replaced the head on 90 Vanagon with a 2.1L engine. I have a leaky cylinder head nut. I have tried 3 different sealants and nothing stops the coolant from leaking past the nut. I can not see a visable crack, but the coolant just flows as if the nut were not there. Has anyone else had a similar experience, or suggestion to make? I hate to have to remove the head again.
