These are typical of the T3s seen at German meets. Many are 911-powered, often with a "Carrera" badge on the tailgate. Aluminum wheels are normal there, as well as low-profile tires. No South African grills however... regarded as too expensive by Germans. I'm not sure about the black fill-panels flanking the licenseplate, but this may be stock.
