Behind the left headlamp assembly there is a series resistor.  I have
replaced mine twice so far.  The part was about $70-80 or so two years
ago.  Look at the one you have now, it is a tube shaped device with
three wires and a greenish coating on it.  If this coating is cracked
and peeling, your resistor is shot.  Note the new part odes not contain
the mounting bracket so save the old one.
